1.Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Streaq, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.The service
Streaq is a habit-tracking and study-routine tool, with features such as weighted subject cycles, a focus timer, spaced reviews, and progress statistics.
3.Disclaimer
Streaq is a personal organization and discipline tool. It does not guarantee passing any exam, admission test, or civil-service competition, and it is not official material from, affiliated with, or endorsed by any examining board, educational institution, or public authority. Your results depend on your own studying — the app only helps you organize it.
4.Streaq Pro subscription
Streaq is currently offered free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, paid plans, or subscriptions, and no payment information is collected. If a paid plan is introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated beforehand to describe it.
5.Accounts and cloud sync
Streaq does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app works entirely on your device, and there is currently no cloud sync between devices. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them.
6.Your data
The habits, study sessions, and other content you create in Streaq are yours. They are stored locally on your device only, as detailed in the Privacy Policy — uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently deletes them, since there is currently no backup or cloud copy.
7.Intellectual property
The Streaq name, its brand, design, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted.
8."As is" and limitation of liability
Streaq is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
10.Changes and termination
We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using Streaq at any time by uninstalling the app.
