Effective: July 26, 2026Data controller: Lucas Milhan (individual)Contact: luczfacstudio@gmail.com

1.Who operates Streaq

Streaq is a habit-tracking and study-routine app operated by Lucas Milhan, an individual, hereafter referred to as "we" or "the developer." This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

2.Data we collect

Streaq does not require you to sign in or create an account. The data involved falls into these categories:

CategoryWhat it includesWhere it lives
App usage dataHabits created, study sessions, exam plans, cycles, notes, and statisticsOn your device only — not synced to any cloud storage or backend
Crash reportsFailure stack traces, device model, Android version, and app versionFirebase Crashlytics (Google)
Usage metricsScreens visited and basic navigation events, with no content from your habitsFirebase Analytics (Google)

Content you create — habit names, subjects, study notes — is never sent to crash or usage reports. Those tools only receive technical signals about how the app is behaving.

3.Android automatic backup

Android may automatically back up Streaq's data (including your habits and sessions) to your own Google account, the same way it does for any other installed app — this backup is controlled by you, in your device or Google account settings, not by us. You can disable it at any time in Android Settings → System → Backup.

4.Accounts and cloud sync

Streaq does not require you to sign in or create an account, and there is currently no cloud sync between devices — your app usage data (habits, study sessions, and related content) never leaves your device except as described for crash reports and usage metrics below. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

5.Data retention

Your app usage data lives only on your device and is removed automatically when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Crash reports and usage metrics are retained only for as long as necessary to diagnose issues and improve the app, following Firebase Crashlytics' and Firebase Analytics' own retention settings, after which Google automatically deletes them from its systems.

6.International data transfer

Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics may process and store diagnostic data on Google servers located outside Brazil, including in the United States. Google is bound by its own data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses covering these transfers. This applies only to the diagnostic data described above — never to the content you create in the app.

8.Data sharing

The only third parties involved are Google/Firebase services (Crashlytics and Analytics), used exclusively for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or other third parties.

9.Your rights

As a data subject, you can at any time:

  • Request access to the diagnostic data associated with your use of the app;
  • Request correction of inaccurate diagnostic data;
  • Request deletion of that data, or anonymization where deletion is not technically possible;
  • Request a portable copy of the diagnostic data we hold about your use of the app;
  • Withdraw your consent or object to this processing at any time, without affecting past processing;
  • Disable Android's automatic backup at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the e-mail address in the Contact section below. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no cost, as required by applicable data protection law.

10.Children

Streaq is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from users in that age group.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the app or to applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version.
