1.Acceptance of terms

By installing or using habni, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2.The service

habni is a habit tracker for personal routines. It lets you create habits of four kinds (done or not, quantity, limit, and avoid); record them from the app or from a home screen widget; follow your history, streaks, milestones, and insights; write notes linked to your habits; set reminders; and create image cards of your progress that you can share.

3.Not health advice

habni is a personal organization tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, or fitness advice, and it does not replace the guidance of a qualified professional. In particular:

• Goals, limits, and amounts (such as water intake, coffee, or exercise) are defined by you — habni does not recommend or validate them for your health;
• Streaks, insights, and milestones reflect only what you record in the app, and are not a diagnosis or assessment of any kind;
• Reminders depend on the device's notification system, battery settings, and permissions, and their delivery is not guaranteed.

If you have a health condition or are making significant changes to your diet, substance use, or physical activity, talk to a qualified professional. The developer is not responsible for decisions made based on the app's content or for reminders that are not delivered.

4.Your data

The habits, records, notes, and other content you create in habni are yours. They are stored on your device, as detailed in the Privacy Policy — uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them, unless they can be restored from Android's automatic backup in your own Google account.

You are responsible for what you write in your notes and for the progress cards you choose to share with others.

5.Intellectual property

The habni name, its brand, design, illustrations, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted.

6."As is" and limitation of liability

habni is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.

7.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

8.Changes and termination

We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using habni at any time by uninstalling the app.
