Privacy Policy →Terms of Use
1.Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Vybr, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.The service
Vybr is a mood-tracking app. It lets you log how you feel throughout the day, see your entries on a calendar heatmap, and (on days you have enough entries) view statistics and patterns about your own data, such as correlations with sleep, activities, or weather.
3.Disclaimer
Vybr is a personal self-reflection tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional diagnosis, therapy, or mental health treatment. The patterns and statistics it shows are simple calculations based on what you log, not medical or psychological advice. If you are in crisis or need support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
4.Vybr Pro
Vybr is currently offered entirely free of charge, with every feature unlocked — including features that may become part of a paid "Vybr Pro" plan in the future. There are no in-app purchases, paid plans, or subscriptions today, and no payment information is collected. If a paid plan is introduced, these Terms will be updated beforehand to describe it.
5.Accounts and cloud sync
Vybr does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app works entirely on your device, and there is currently no cloud sync between devices. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them.
6.Your data
The mood entries, notes, tags, and other content you create in Vybr are yours. They are stored locally on your device only, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Vybr does not currently offer a backup or export feature — uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently deletes your history, with no way to recover it.
7.Intellectual property
The Vybr name, its brand, design, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted.
8."As is" and limitation of liability
Vybr is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
10.Changes and termination
We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using Vybr at any time by uninstalling the app.
