Who operates Streaq
Streaq is a habit-tracking and study-routine app operated by Lucas Milhan, an individual, hereafter referred to as "we" or "the developer." This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
Data we collect
Streaq requires no sign-up, login, or personally identifiable information to work. The data involved falls into two categories:
| Category | What it includes | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| App usage data | Habits created, study sessions, exam plans, cycles, notes, and statistics | On your device only (local database) |
| Crash reports | Failure stack traces, device model, Android version, and app version | Firebase Crashlytics (Google) |
| Usage metrics | Screens visited and basic navigation events, with no content from your habits | Firebase Analytics (Google) |
Content you create — habit names, subjects, study notes — is never sent to crash or usage reports. Those tools only receive technical signals about how the app is behaving.
Android automatic backup
Android may automatically back up Streaq's data (including your habits and sessions) to your own Google account, the same way it does for any other installed app — this backup is controlled by you, in your device or Google account settings, not by us. You can disable it at any time in Android Settings → System → Backup.
Legal basis
We process diagnostic data (crash reports and usage metrics) on the basis of legitimate interest — necessary to identify failures, fix bugs, and maintain the app's quality and stability.
Data sharing
The only third parties involved are Google/Firebase services (Crashlytics and Analytics), used exclusively for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or other third parties.
Your rights
As a data subject, you can at any time:
- Request access to the diagnostic data associated with your use of the app;
- Request deletion of that data;
- Delete all your usage data by uninstalling the app (it does not exist on any server of ours);
- Disable Android's automatic backup at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the e-mail address in the Contact section below.
Children
Streaq is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from users in that age group.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the app or to applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version.
