1.Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Napzy, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.The service
Napzy is a baby-tracking app for parents and caregivers. It lets you log feedings, sleep, diaper changes, and growth measurements for your baby, add notes and tags, set reminders based on your baby's average feeding interval, and protect the app with a lock.
3.Disclaimer
Napzy is a personal logging tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional pediatric or medical advice. Growth charts, reminders, and any statistics shown are simple calculations based on what you log, not medical guidance. If you have concerns about your baby's health, growth, or feeding, consult a pediatrician or other qualified healthcare professional.
4.Napzy Pro
Napzy offers a set of features free and unlimited today — including baby profiles, feeding, sleep, diaper, and growth logging, notes, tags, reminders, and app lock. Some additional features, such as the growth percentile chart, deeper insights, PDF reports, and custom themes, are designed as part of a future "Napzy Pro" plan. There are currently no in-app purchases, paid plans, or subscriptions available, and no payment information is collected. These Terms will be updated before Napzy Pro becomes purchasable, to describe its pricing and included features.
5.Accounts and cloud sync
Napzy does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app works entirely on your device, and there is currently no cloud sync or sharing between devices. A caregiver-sync feature, allowing multiple caregivers to share a baby's log, is planned for a future update. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them.
6.Your data
The baby profiles, entries, notes, and tags you create in Napzy are yours. They are stored locally on your device only, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Napzy does not currently offer a backup or export feature — uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently deletes your history, with no way to recover it.
7.Intellectual property
The Napzy name, its brand, mascot, design, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted.
8."As is" and limitation of liability
Napzy is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
10.Changes and termination
We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using Napzy at any time by uninstalling the app.
