1.Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Gratz, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.The service
Gratz is a gratitude journal. It lets you write quick gratitude entries with the help of daily prompts and templates, tag your mood, attach photos, stickers, and voice notes, track a daily streak, turn entries into shareable cards, set a daily reminder, use a home screen widget, and export your entries to CSV or JSON.
3.Disclaimer
Gratz is a personal journaling tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional mental health advice. Streaks, mood tags, and any statistics shown are simple reflections of what you log, not clinical guidance. If you are struggling with your mental health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4.Gratz Pro
Gratz offers a set of features free and unlimited today — including gratitude entries, daily prompts, templates, streaks, mood and tags, photos, stickers, voice notes, share cards, reminders, the home screen widget, and local export. Some additional features, such as extra sticker packs and custom themes, are designed as part of a future "Gratz Pro" plan. There are currently no in-app purchases, paid plans, or subscriptions available, and no payment information is collected. These Terms will be updated before Gratz Pro becomes purchasable, to describe its pricing and included features.
5.Accounts and cloud sync
Gratz does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app works entirely on your device, and there is currently no cloud sync between devices. Accounts and sync are planned for a future update. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them.
6.Your data
The entries, photos, stickers, voice notes, templates, and tags you create in Gratz are yours. They are stored locally on your device only, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You can export your entries to CSV or JSON at any time from Preferences, but uninstalling the app or clearing its data otherwise permanently deletes your history, with no way to recover it.
7.Intellectual property
The Gratz name, its brand, design, stickers, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted.
8."As is" and limitation of liability
Gratz is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
10.Changes and termination
We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using Gratz at any time by uninstalling the app.
