1.Acceptance of terms
By installing or using doqueue, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.The service
doqueue is a personal productivity app based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) method. It lets you capture anything on your mind into an Inbox, clarify items into Next Actions, Projects, Areas of Focus, Goals, and Vision, track items you're Waiting For, keep Someday/Maybe and Reference lists, use a Tickler for items that should resurface later, organize Contexts and Checklists, run guided Weekly Reviews, optionally link a read-only view of your device calendar, use a home screen capture widget, and export your data to JSON or CSV.
3.Accounts and cloud sync
doqueue does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app works entirely on your device, and there is currently no cloud sync between devices. Accounts and sync are planned for a future update. If accounts or cloud sync are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them.
4.Your data
The tasks, projects, notes, and lists you create in doqueue are yours. They are stored locally on your device only, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data to JSON or CSV at any time from Settings, but uninstalling the app or clearing its data otherwise permanently deletes your history, with no way to recover it.
5.Intellectual property
The doqueue name, its brand, design, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted.
6."As is" and limitation of liability
doqueue is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
7.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
8.Changes and termination
We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using doqueue at any time by uninstalling the app.
