Privacy Policy →Terms of Use
1.Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Dimbrio, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.The service
Dimbrio is a construction calculator and quoting tool for contractors and small crews. It lets you estimate materials for drywall, concrete, roofing, flooring, painting, and stairs; save calculations to projects with optional clients and rooms; keep a catalog of materials with your own prices; and prepare quotes that can be shared as PDF or image files.
3.Estimates, not engineering
Dimbrio's results are estimates based on the measurements, coverage rates, waste percentages, and other parameters you provide. They do not replace a site survey, the manufacturer's specifications, or the judgment of a qualified professional. In particular:
- Dimbrio does not size structures or reinforcement, and does not verify load-bearing capacity, building code compliance, or technical standards;
- The stair calculators compute geometry only — they do not verify structural safety or headroom under slabs and landings;
- Material quantities do not account for a cutting plan, and actual consumption may differ from the estimate;
- The optional tax configured in a quote uses the name and rate you enter — Dimbrio does not apply tax rates automatically and does not guarantee tax or invoicing compliance in any jurisdiction.
Always review quantities, prices, and totals before buying materials or sending a quote. The developer is not responsible for material shortages or surpluses, pricing errors, or losses arising from decisions made based on the app's results.
4.Your quotes and your clients
Quotes created in Dimbrio are your own commercial documents. The developer is not a party to any negotiation, agreement, or payment between you and your clients, and a quote status (draft, sent, approved, or declined) is set manually by you — sharing a file does not confirm that it was delivered or accepted.
You are responsible for the information you enter about your clients, including having their permission to record it and to include it in the documents you share.
5.Your data
The calculations, projects, catalog, quotes, and other content you create in Dimbrio are yours. They are stored on your device, as detailed in the Privacy Policy — uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them, unless they can be restored from Android's automatic backup in your own Google account.
6.Intellectual property
The Dimbrio name, its brand, design, illustrations, and source code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms — copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the app is not permitted. The Dimbrio signature shown on exported documents may not be removed or altered.
7."As is" and limitation of liability
Dimbrio is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the developer's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
9.Changes and termination
We may update these terms periodically; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. You may stop using Dimbrio at any time by uninstalling the app.
